In particular safe integration of decentralized energy generators into the public supply network is of top priority. With scientific know-how, the increased supply of green power from photovoltaic systems or wind power stations is supported without endangering the stability of the network.

However, the "power“ competence of arsenal research not only includes the supply networks, but also the individual components of energy generation – from innovative switching devices for increased safety and efficiency of energy supply facilities to systems for online-diagnosis of generators, which deliver valuable data for tailor-made maintenance strategies for power stations.
